Serving Instructions

Remove one tablet from tube and replace the cap tightly. Dissolve tablet in 200 ml of water before drinking. Take 3 tablets daily, sipping slowly and frequently to support hydration and electrolyte balance.

Always dissolve in water. Never place tablet directly in mouth.
