New Video: Changing the comfort padding on a Pacific F20H

The Pacific F20H Haloflex™ directly addresses the risks associated with heat stress, helmet weight and contaminant exposure.

At the heart of Pacific F20H is the Haloflex™ system, the future of structural fire helmets – a complete departure from traditional ribbon suspension.

Haloflex™ can be disassembled in around 2 minutes without tools – meaning components can be removed or replaced in the field, without taking the helmet out of service.

In our recent video, our team demonstrates the process of removing and replacing the comfort padding and neck protector on Pacific F20H. Watch the video by clicking the play button below or by navigating to the clip on our YouTube channel using this link: https://youtu.be/YbKDuHAtn1o

Change to front merino comfort padding by Pacific Helmets – January 2024

To improve compatibility with the new ‘Rescue’ Eye Protector (available as an option for the Pacific R6 Helmets in 2024), Pacific Helmets is changing the design of the merino front comfort pad that is a component of the following models of helmets:

What does this mean for Pac Fire & our customers?
Two additional slots (highlighted in the photo) have been added to the fabric of the B2138602 front merino comfort pad to create a better interface for the eye protector tabs. This does not effect the operation or installation of the B2138602 spare part or the helmet – but there is a visual difference.
